Trivia Night -

Location: Downtown Clemson, TBD Categories: Clemson History, Pop culture, Music, Sports, etc.

Section 1: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Section 2: 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Section 3: 9:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

1. Participants are allowed to play both session in their section.

2. Absolutely no phones, laptops, iPads, kindles, or any electronic device connected to the internet are allowed.

   1. Teams found using one or all of these items will forfeit that session of trivia and are allowed to play in another session without the use of the prohibited items.

3. Teams may not work together.

4. Each round will consist of 10 questions. Each question is worth 1 point. The final question will be wager style.

5. Every answer must be turned in to Pursuit Volunteers who will be walking around collecting them before time is up. Simply fold your note card in half and hold it up in the air and wait for someone to come around.

6. You must be present to win a prize.

Clue-Based Race -

Time: 5:30 pm EST Location: an on-campus location that will be shared on Instagram at the start of the race
Rules: 

1. Each team is assigned to either the Green, Blue, Orange, Purple, or Black track, as noted by their wristband. Wear this wristband you receive at packet pick up on race day. This indicates the color route you are running.

2. The first clue will drop on Instagram @clemsonpursuit at 5:45 pm. There are exactly 10 clues on campus. You are not finished with the race until you have been to ALL 10 locations.

3. You will follow the first clue to the next clue. Once you arrive at your destination, you will see 5 buckets; one for each route. These buckets contain a piece of paper that has your next clue on one side and an important number on the other side. Approach one of the staff members standing behind the table and tell them where you are coming from; if it is your first destination, specify that. If it is not your first destination, you must tell the staff member the number that was on the clue that you picked up at the previous destination. If that is the correct number, they will hand you your next piece of paper containing your next clue and the importing number. Repeat this process for all 10 clues!

4. Keep the clues with you as you run! Once you and your partner arrive at Death Valley, you must present all 9 physical clues (the first is on Instagram) and read the sequence of numbers in the correct order. This ensures that you were physically present at each destination and went in the proper order of your stops!

5. North Green is a stop on each route. You must be at North Green WITH your partner. The staff members will mark both members of your team once you have approached them together.

7. You must be WITH YOUR PARTNER at Death Valley in order to finish the race.

8. There are no motorized vehicles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, etc. allowed during the race - you and your partner must remain ON FOOT AT ALL TIMES.

9. DO NOT TRESPASS OR ACCESS ANY CONSTRUCTION AREAS. Accessing these areas will not put your team at an advantage and may result in disqualification.

10. As you cross the finish line together, you will present your 9 physical clues and the sequence of numbers for your specific route and receive a placement number. This is the order that you will be able to pick your prize. You and your partner must choose the same prize .Any violation of the rules will result in automatic disqualification.
